In September 2024, Europa Metals Ltd (EUZ:AIM, EUZ:AltX) proposed the sale of the Toral Pb/Zn project in Spain, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Europa Metals Iberia, S.L, to Denarius Metals Corp (CBOE CA: DMET; OTCQX: DNSRF) ("Denarius"). This was duly passed by shareholders on the 25th October 2024 and completed on 13th November 2024

In accordance with the agreement with Denarius, Europa Metals has now been issued 7,000,000 common shares in Denarius (DMET) which are subject to a hold period ending on March 13, 2025. The former Option and Loan Agreements dated November 22, 2022 between Europa Metals and the Denarius Metals were terminated on closing of the Transaction.

Europa Metals is now looking to acquire assets that are either in production or a defined pathway to production over the near term.
